Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a return, we must receive your item within 21 days of the ship date.  Items must be in its original condition, unused in its original packaging. Items received after 21 days cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To request a return:

  1. Email us at ask@shopgeneralissue with your order number.
  2. You will receive a return request confirmation, instructions for sending your return, and a prepaid shipping label, which you can use, if you choose, for a fee of $8. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your item.  Any item in unacceptable condition will be sent back to you.

If you return is accepted, your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note, credit card refunds may take up to five to seven business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers.

If you do not receive your refund within 10 days of your return confirmation, please contact us at ask@shopgeneralissue.com.

Exchanges

We can only replace an item if it was received defective or damaged.  Please email us at ask@shopgeneralissue.com if you need to process an exchange.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.   You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, or you may use our prepaid shipping label, in which case an $8 fee will be deducted from your refund.
